As A Screen printing and an Embroidery company, we provide Embroidery and Screen printing services and try to make all our customers happy with what we do
    All our product we were getting from different suppliers. "Century" and "Staton" are our the most wanted vendors according to our customers. Because that, now the most of our stock comes from "Century" Martial Arts manufacturing company and "Staton Corporate & Casual".  They provide us with many types of Belts, Uniforms and other product. All Product's cost is assorted according to quality. 
Example: Less cost - simple to exceptionally good quality... More cost - good to high the Less cost quality ...
The price of a product fits quality. Please read the DESCRIPTION

  If on our website doesn't satisfy our customer's needs, our customers have two options to proceed with:

  1. Use from BBE website, or gscustommade.com website
  2. Send your OWN product....See "Shipping your OWN product" below... 

Because we would like to keep a friendship between us and our customers, We encourage every customer to READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT before placing in order. 

BBE (Gs Custom Made) does not proceed with any Exchange or Refund for the product which was placed in order by and customized according to customer's request. However, if the belt itself (not embroidery) was received damaged and/or not as described on BBE website, we will take full responsibility and replace your order as your request with pay the difference of the product cost if requested type of belt but NOT EMBROIDERY/ART work. Embroidery/Artwork will the same.

Translation:
BBE  (Gs Custom Made) rights to accept or reject any offensive word to our company or to other people if translated word falls under our suspicion.
BBE sends any Foreign word to a translation agency. This applies to all typed Kanji and/or sent as attachment files with Kanji. BBE uses a Professional Translation Agency to have all ready Foreign and/or need to words translated as closely as possible to the original customer's translation request. For all the translation time is the same 3-15 business days because of the conversion to language and for ready Kanji files.  Every translation which customer gets from BBE comes verified and certified by Translation Agency.

Exchange & Return Policy: 
 
Many of our products are highly customized and we do not accept any Exchanges or Returns for Items from our Custom Work order pages:

·        " Custom Belt Embroidery"
·        " Schools / Wholesale"
·        " Custom Uniform Monogram"
·        " Custom T-shirts"
·        " Customized BB Flip-Flops"
        
We work hard to make our customers satisfied. 
 ...*  if for some approved reasons customer was not satisfied, may for order exchange for no extra cost except shipping.
...**  if for some approved reasons customer was not satisfied, may for order refund (less shipping). Please be advised,  from 5%  to 50%   for each order/invoice number, will NOT be refunded to the customer. This fee is to cover the translation and/or Designers' time which was spent to create your unique custom order...
    
We do accept Exchanges & Returns (less shipping) within 1 week after delivery of Items from our Work order pages:

·       " Striped belts" ... embroidery work
·        " Uniforms" ... monogram work
·       " Tatami Flip-Flops"... custom work

All Exchanged & Returned items must be in their original packages with original documentation included, and all original tags must be attached to the items.   these items will not be accepted. Our customers are responsible for all Exchange & Return shipping costs.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy: 

You may CANCEL without any cancellation fees. You will be notified of the time when the work is placed by email " We are Processing your order "

Please NOTE: BBE  (Gs Custom Made) provides Complete Martial Art belt Embroidery Customization and Custom Screen Printing. Our customers have full right to make as many as they wish to "Product preview" until they fully satisfy. However, if approved Artwork already sent to Final embroidery production or Screen printing production, any "Product Preview" changes which customer wish to be made are subject to Alteration fee... 
Please be advised. Any Custom orders which are canceled or charged 50% of a cancellation or alteration fee plus of the wasted product.  
All other orders will be charged 20% cancellation fee of order
 Please Note:  If Order is already processed, but customer decided to change the order to a product, it might happen that we don't have sizes and/or type of belts available because all our stock moves very fast and we can be out of that size and/or belt type at that moment. It usually takes up to 3-5 business days for any exchanges to be made ... 
T-SHIRTS and UNIFORMS choices are FINAL and CANNOT be exchanged or removed from the order after is already processed. Customers CAN add they choices to they orders unless it already in production and/or complete

 Tax & Shipping Policy:
Texas Sale Tax: BBE collects 8.25% Texas Sale Tax on any purchases made on BBE website including  Unless Texas customer provides Exemption form 01-339
For outside of Texas, customers  Unless outside of Texas customers requested shipping destination in Texas, Texas Sale tax does not apply to outside of Texas customers

Shipping: Package delivery (PRIORITY, RUSH DELIVERY Pickup) is effective from the time package ready and/or left our facility and it doesn't apply to CUSTOM WORK time. 
As a part of EXPRESS DELIVERY BBE cut all Express orders order processing time by "SEND THE ORDER TO FINAL EMBROIDERY AS SOON AS DESIGN is READY"  without "PRODUCT  BBE will send with would like to proceed with "PRODUCT PREVIEW". If BBE does NOT receive from the customer with confirmation to proceed with"PRODUCT PREVIEW", BBE will continue order processing as it is DEFAULTED "without" 

International Shipping Policy:
We ship USA and Canada,

 can NOT be provided by USPS with shipping types such as :
* International Economy ( First Class Mail International 
* International Express (Express Mail International) or 
*Standard  International ( Priority Mail International).
Only tracking number and/or  number CAN be provided by USPS with shipping type such as :

Product Preview Option
 'Product Preview' option was added for our customers to give them an opportunity to see and correct all possible Errors in they orders which may be made by us or by customers themselves If customer misses that opportunity, BBE (Gs Custom Made) does not take any responsibility for any Errors in customer orders unless it was made by BBE, and Customer will be responsible for all cost included product cost , custom work cost, shipping and all other fees and charges, unless mistake was made by BBE (Gs Custom Made) which BBE will make special arrangement with customer to solve an issue under "Exchange & Return" policy agreement ...
BBE sends 3 (three) emails to a customer, First is original "Product Preview" email, second is "Reminder" and third is "Reminder 2". ... If BBE does not hear from a customer within 24 hours after second friendly reminder "Reminder 2" was sent, BBE complete a customer's order as it is according to customer's Order Form, and it will be shipped out as soon as it ready. Email with Shipping confirmation number will be sent to a customer. Please NOTE: If received shipping confirmation number, any corrections and/or replacements in customer's order can not be made.

To cut order processing time, all Express orders fall under 
"SEND MY ORDER TO FINAL EMBROIDERY AS SOON AS IT SET " 
without "PRODUCT PREVIEW" option as a part of EXPRESS DELIVERY request

Shipping your OWN product:

  All Customers are Free to send us they OWN product for Embroidery Customization. However, in addition to embroidery work cost, extra 10%-100% *  of the embroidery work will be charged for Insurance purposes only  which are not refundable if Customization work begins....( 100% * means that not less than current First Line embroidery price is marked at the customer's customization request time)

1)     Please have available your  Tracking #  for BBE to track a shipped package, and have checked  BBE to sign a Received Package Slip as  BBE DOES NOT take any responsibility for NOT SIGNED packages...
By shipping your own product, is automatically 
AGREEING with BBE Policy

2)       In order for BBE to accept any Customer's shipped packages, Customer has to fill out The BBE "Customer's Product Description for Shipping" Form. All BBE Forms has to be signed by customer herself/himself. Please put one Copy of CPDS Form into a package with the product, and a second copy of CPDS Form has to be emailed as an attachment to If any of those requirements are failed, BBE will NOT accept this package.
BBE keeps all rights to Cancel, Accept or Not Accept customer's own product with or without BBE  explanation.

Please note, that we do not do custom embroidery on whatever MA Belt is. Your belt has to be soft enough for a needle penetration. To check if your belt qualify for Custom Embroidery, please try to fold your MA belt on half x 4. If your MA Belt folds easily with less resistance, that MA belt is good for up to 2 lines of embroidery on one or both Ends. If your MA belt has more resistance, it might but not guarantee to have up to 1 line of embroidery on one or both Ends. It will be on your own judgment to send us your MA belt which we might won't be able to put embroidery on. In this case, we ship your product back, and you are responsible for shipping payment for both way.

  • BBE Received Package without Tracking #
  • BBE Received Package without  Completed and Sighed 'CPDS Form' 
  • BBE Received Damaged Product which includes Damages during the shipping
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Product Brand as has been described in CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Color of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Size of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Thickness of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Length of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Width of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Weight of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) type of the Fabric that Product is made of  has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Condition of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • BBE Received Wrong (does not match) Quantity of the product as has been described in BBE CPDS Form
  • happened such as Hurricane, a /or other Mather Nature  BBE does NOT responsible for any Customer's product which was in our shop at that time. 


BBE does NOT cover the cost of any Customer's product which has been 
damaged by unexpected BBE Embroidery equipment malfunction 
but substitutes

Please Customers, Ship-to and Return  Shipping  Label  Payment. This Option does NOT  qualify  BBE FREE  Shipping.

BBE will be responsible for Customer's product if:



  • Unexpected BBE Embroidery equipment malfunction. BBE will substitute the product with a like but not identical (similar)  product from BBE shop which is available in BBE shop at that time. 


Please NOTE: BBE may have some product out of stock which may take more than 6 months for restocking. Also, may be marked as "Out of Stock" (no time set for restocking) and /or "Discontinue" ( longer available) if our supplier announces it during awaiting restocking
